Critical Banter's Got Talent

The lockdown madness continues this week as Kush begins with a tale of conspiracy and pseudo-racism. Is it a case of vigilant neighbours or is Kush a menace to society?

Ro’s had a terrible week with online shopping as he reveals some mishaps including lost orders and mistaken orders. He then cowardly refuses to name and shame an online store which stuffed up his online order.

Finally we mourn the loss of a mammoth figure in all of our lives. OnlyFans have tragically announced during the week that explicit content is now banned from the platform, leaving millions of men and women around the world devastated.

Through God’s grace, “Finish the Lyric” is back this week. Much like Lazarus, “Finish the Lyric” is back from the dead after over a year in the wilderness. Unlike previous editions, the boys are actually somewhat alright at the game this time and we even hear the boys belt out some tunes.

Finally, we end the episode with a fan favourite segment “Compare and Contrast” where we debate and rank various things, this week we tier Influencer Houses. They say those who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. Well this week, we absolutely hail down rocks from our high horse as we belittle houses we couldn’t even dream to afford.

The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week’s news stories, events and viral trends.

Finish the Lyric: A game where you finish the lyric.

Compare and Contrast: Named in honour of our favourite HSC English essay questions, the boys debate the most pressing issues in society and attempt to agree on a ranked tier list, which may end up in broken friendships and definitely will end up being wrong.
